Working in Beijing--Foreigners Whose Annual Salary Income and Annual Payment of Individual Income Tax in Beijing Meet the Prescribed Criteria
在京工作人員----工資性年收入和年繳納個人所得稅達到規定標準
A.Foreigners who have been working in Beijing for four successive years;
外國人在北京已連續工作滿4年;
B.Resided in China for at least six months every year
且4年內每年在中國境內實際居住累計不少于6個月；
C.Annual salary income of CNY 500,000 or above for 4 consecutive years prior to the date of application;
申請時及申請之日前連續4年工資性年收入（稅前）50萬元人民幣以上；
D.Annual individual income tax payment shall be more than CNY 100,000;
每年繳納個人所得稅10萬元人民幣以上；
E.Recommendation certified letters can be issued by the current employer.
現任職單位可以出具推薦文件。

A.The spouse is a Chinese Citizen (Beijing Hukou);
配偶為中國公民（北京戶口）;
B.The marriage effected for 5 years or above by the date of application;
申請時及申請之日前，婚姻關系存續滿五年;
C.Resided in China for at least 5 years, and resided no less than 9 months every year;
在中國連續居留滿五年、每年在中國居留不少于九個月;
D.With stable living guarantee and accommodation, abide by the Chinese Laws, in good health, without any criminal records.
有穩定生活保障和住所、遵守中國法律、身體健康、無犯罪記錄。

With individual investment in Beijing-established foreign investment business for 3 years or above
在京有個人投資---設立外商投資企業已滿三年
A.Individual direct investment of at least US$2 million (actual payment of registered capital) and have established a foreign-invested enterprise in Beijing;
個人直接投資合計200萬美元（實際繳付注冊資本金）以上，在北京設立了外商投資企業;
B.Stable investment and good tax records for 3 consecutive years prior to the date of application;
申請時及申請之日前連續三年投資情況穩定且納稅記錄良好;
C.The name of the applicant must be stated in the investor column on the Certificate of approval for foreign-invested enterprises or the Foreign Investment Record Certificate.《外商投資企業批準證書》或外商投資備案證明上投資者一欄中，需注明申請人姓名。
